Dr. Iris Thiele Isip Tan was appointed Director of the UP Manila Interactive Learning Center last 8 August 2016. Dr. Isip Tan was the first UP System Gawad Pangulo awardee for Progressive Teaching & Learning in 2015.

Mr. Christopher Cayco is an instructor at the College of Allied Medical Professions Department of Physical Therapy since 2012. Mr. Cayco is the college’s representative to the UP Manila ILC Committee. His interests include research, clinic work and teaching strategies on neurological and musculoskeletal rehabilitation, and mental health.

Dr. Alvina Pauline Santiago is currently the Section Chief of Pediatric Ophthalmology housed at the Sentro Jose Rizal of the Philippine General Hospital. She is a Clinical Associate Professor of the UP College of Medicine, and is also a University Researcher II at the Philippine Eye Research Institute of the National Institutes of Health. She is also currently a student of the Masters of Science Degree Program of the Medical Informatics Unit of the UP College of Medicine. She teaches and practices pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus at the UP- PGH Medical Center, St. Luke’s Medical Center, The Manila Doctors Hospital, and The Medical City.

Jenniffer Torralba Paguio is a nurse by profession and is an advocate for patient safety. She completed both her bachelor’s and master’s degree in UP College of Nursing where she is currently an Assistant Professor under the Adult Health Nursing specialty. She is very passionate about clinical teaching, simulation and finding innovative ways to make her courses engaging to students.

Dr. Paul Adrian Vidanes Pinlac is Assistant Professor at the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics of the College of Public Health, UP Manila.  His main field of interest is the epidemiology of chronic lifestyle-related diseases.  He has completed his graduate studies in Biomedical and Health Informatics at the Bangkok School of Tropical Medicine, Mahidol University in Thailand, with a research paper on an interrupted time series analysis of premature mortality from noncommmunicable disease among Filipinos.
